A FRESH AND FIZZY CLASSIC
• CHILL THE FLUTES AND INGREDIENTS PRIOR TO PREPARATION.
• FIRST, FILL THE FLUTE HALFWAY WITH BROCCATO.
• SLOWLY ADD FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE UNTIL THE FLUTE IS FULL.
• STIRRING ISN’T NECESSARY, BUT IF YOU WISH TO, DO SO WITH A TEASPOON OR BARSPOON TO ACHIEVE A MORE HOMOGENOUS BLEND.
• TO BALANCE THE ACIDITY, ADD A FEW RIPE RASPBERRIES.
